Operation Technicians

- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Must pass e-RAILSAFE extensive background checks
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, physical and drug screen. Zero tolerance drug policy with random drug testing on the job.

- 100% vision – no color blindness
- 100% hearing
- Be able to pass an HPE (human performance evaluation)
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, physical and drug screen. Zero tolerance drug policy with random drug testing on the job.
- Work 21 consecutive days minimum in the field
- Work in inclement weather
- Be able to carry heavy loads of 80lbs+
